World's best animal revealed! After a long and exhausting selection process, The Rag can exclusively announce the world's best animal and the result is somewhat unexpected. Despite predictions that the shark, the cat and the tiger would take the lion's share of the plaudits, the winner can be revealed as the red panda, which isn't really anything like the giant panda and isn't entirely red. In the extensive Rag survey of three people, the red panda polled a mighty one vote. The other two participants abstained, although one of them said she quite liked dolphins but wasn't sure they counted.
